This online, asynchronous course will run for an 8-week session from April 2025 to June 2025. This course prepares teachers to evaluate, design, develop and implement reading programs at the school and district level. Prepares teachers for the various roles of teacher and diagnostician, intervention provider, curriculum designer, professional developer, coach/mentor/supervisor, literacy program evaluator, action researcher, and literacy leader, all necessary to become a reading specialist and literacy coach.

The School of Nursing at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer to teach the Psych/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Field Study courses: NURS 583, NURS 533C, NURS 535C, and NURS 539C. These are supervisory courses; each student is placed with a clinical preceptor. The faculty in this position will provide 10-15 hours of supervision per course, inclusive of four (4) face-to-face group supervisory sessions per semester, led by the PHMNP Program Coordinator. Faculty also conduct a minimum of two (2) on site visits with the student and the preceptor, and clinical sites vary within San Diego and Riverside Counties.
